Both rooms are unfurnished, one room is on the ground floor (18 m2, €509,00 all in, available from September 1st). The other room is on the 1st floor, 17 m2 and has large built-in closet (available from Sept 15th). The prices are all in, including service charges and g/w/l, so there will be no surprises.
