As of November 1 the contract of the previous tenants is over and we could be the next tenants if we get the go ahead from the landlord. The place is a prime location. It is in the city center close to the Dom tower, and is within walking distance to Utrecht Central and many shops and restaurants. There is a small balcony with a table where it is nice to enjoy a meal. The place has lots of light and the streets around it are pretty quiet. It also has all the amenities even an oven, washing machine, and separate bathtub and shower.A little about me, I am a fourth year working student studying journalism and next semester I will be doing my capstone internship. Afterwards I want to stay in Utrecht. In my spare time I like to go bouldering, go to cafes or bookstores, spend time in nature, or go out clubbing or to open mic nights. I am looking for someone, Dutch or international, who also thinks it is nice to have a balance between doing your own things and taking time to do something fun together here and there such as playing board games, cooking together, or having a drink. I value straightforward communication, so I am looking for someone who also values this and wants to make a nice vibe for the shared living space. The landlord is looking for someone who is working at a steady job and wishes to stay in Utrecht well into the foreseeable future. Are you interested?
