We are looking for a female (internationals welcome), either a student or young professional, (phd for example) that is looking for a social, cozy, quiet, clean and organised houses. In the house there will be 2 other female young internationals living and part time also me. The house and garden are non-smoking, the room is for 1 person, but you can have a guest ( 2 days a week / 1 week a month) (longer or more guests ask the other people in the house if oke) there is a cleaning scedual.
